Take 5 Car Wash

The place is already run down. The mop wash water is always empty or absolutely disgusting, the car wash itself is falling apart, the soap barely sprays out, half of the cleaning brushes don’t spin or move so are pretty much useless, and the freshwater rinse at the end doesn’t move and essentially does nothing. Your car will be left with soap streaks everytime. Also as of 09/06/2026 none of the vacuum’s even work. Don’t bother coming here…

Half of the car wash was none operational most of the vacuums were also none operational pulled around to let them know that the spinning brushs and high pressure sprayers on the right side were not functioning. Was told yeah they are not working so why are you charging people for a car wash that's not functioning 100% ??

Great experience! The gentleman working there were very polite and even helped me find my car door handle that fell off during the wash. That really stood out to me. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!

Today I had a very bad experience with this car wash, I considered it my favorite until today that this happened to me, I went to the office to want to solve this problem and they only saw my car and they accommodated the elastic and the windshield as if they were going to work the same and they didn't solve anything for me, I'm super disappointed 😬😬😬

I was greeted by a young lady name Tiffany. My experience from the beginning to the end of Car wash service at this car wash on my vehicle was 100% a great one, but this particular location was Farrow Road and Clemson Road. Right now they are advertising a special $.99 for the first month, and they have all types of packages which you would like. I will certainly recommend them as I have always used them in times past, and have never had an incident with bad service or mediocre quality machines. this is going to be a long hot summer and I would advise that you get your membership today. I highly recommend them Frank’s car wash.
